CLASSES Beginning Quilting - By appointment ($65) Learn basic quilting techniques while completing a sampler wallhanging quilt. A total of fifteen hours scheduled at your convenience. Call to schedule. Open Sewing - Tuesdays (9:30 am to 12:30 pm) Centennial Hills Active Adult Center (inside the YMCA at 6601 N. Buffalo Las Vegas, NV During October and November. The class is FREE and is open to any member (membership is just $2 per year and you must be at least 50). You can come just to work on your own projects, meet some new friends or work on group projects. If you know someone who wants to learn to quilt and they fit the criteria, they are welcomed to join us. So if you’re interested, call 229-1702 and tell them you want to be put on the interest list.
